With large fridge, freezer, cook-top, micro-wave/convection oven and inside bathroom with shower, all you need to bring is your clothes and toiletries. We provide bedding, towels and kitchen supplies. The perfect set up for a long weekend or road trip to experience the best sunsets and all the outdoors has to offer. If hook ups aren't available the unit does include water and sewage tanks as well as an LP generator. What's includedFresh and clean bedding and towels

RecommendationsOur rig is located only 40 minutes from the Gulf State Park, or take in a weekend at the Historic Blakely State Park (this is a very nice, best-kept secret with large, full hook-up sites.) Or get on the road and enjoy a road trip to one of your favorite locations. This rig is super comfortable and easy to drive.Other things to noteReach out and let's discuss pets. We're open to small dogs, but unfortunately no cats as my wife is allergic. No smoking. When you pick up the rig, the diesel and LP fuel tanks will be full. The expectation is you return them full. If not, there will be a 20% service fee added to the amount of fuel deducted from your deposit. If you plan to cook, you may want to bring your favorite pots and pans. Feel free to reach out if you have a question about any amenitites.

Matt is awesome and the van camper was perfect. We were using it more for travel than camping, but I’m sure it’s perfect for both.

Life changing trip, and Matt made the whole process smooth and easy! Learning a new vehicle, much less one that doubles as a house, can be stressful but Matt took ALL of the stress out of the process! He was incredibly communicative and easy to reach and kept us feeling comfortable the whole trip. Thank you so so much Matt!

Matt’s answer

What a wonderful time. Matt was prompt and friendly. Explained everything very well. No stress.
Gave some great ideas of sites to see in the area. Camper was clean and easy to drive. Highly recommend!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I'll do whatever I can to work with you and your schedule. If you need to leave a vehicle at the pick up/drop off location, that is not a problem.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
All of the operating manuals are in the rig in the back left, upper cabinet. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
All utility hook ups are on the driver side of the rig. It's very simple and easy to hook up. The hose for the sewage is located just to the right of the connection point. Make sure to keep your tanks closed if you are hooked up to sewage and dump as needed. After you dump the black tank please make sure to drop a tab (located in the bathroom cabinet) in the toilet with a quick flush. This will help eliminate odor.

Q.How do I operate the TV?
A.
Make sure the antenna is up. Turn the TV on. If you are in a new location, you'll have to go to the menu and run a channel search to get the local channels programmed in. If you want to watch a DVD, make sure to change the input selection on the tv remote.
