This class C motorhome is packed with all the essentials with just 24 feet of home on the open road. Sitting on the F-350 chassis, it is built tough and offers 3 seat belts in the cab, and 4 seat belts in the living area. New engine and transmission installed in March 2022. New refrigerator, toilet, house batteries as of February 2023.Sleeps up to 5-6 people, especially if kids can share beds. Sleeps 3-4 adults comfortably. Onan Generator, Kitchen, Bathroom, Convertible Dinette, Convertible Couch, Fuel Efficient Triton 5.4 V8 Engine, and many other extras. See video link below for operating instructions on a similar unit (though you'll note the floorplan is different):https://youtu.be/rAf2f5rOXoYMountain Driving (Important): Please make sure to downshift the transmission by turning overdrive off or to a lower gear as needed (i.e., engine braking) on steep grades. Video on downshift techniques:https://youtu.be/0ie4M3V6hm4Reservations November through April will typically be “dry rentals” since the water tanks, lines and water heater generally can’t be operated in freezing conditions. The Hvac system, generator, and refrigerator can be used year round. This motorhome is 20 years old and her age does show in places. We've added more photos to help renters gauge overall condition. Missing/bent trim panels, loose drawers, a few improvised repairs in the living section, etc. In 2024 we had major roof repair completed in the over-the-cab section to resolve a persistent water leak. This left an open area on the interior ceiling. We are covering this area with a tapestry (map of USA).For 2024, I will be away from Colorado until November. The RV is being managed by my sister and two friends during this time. I will of course be available through app messaging and by phone during your rental, but will not be on site. What's includedBasic cookware as pictured. Snow chains/cables for winter mountain driving. A few camp chairs. Clean sheets and basic bedding for the main bed as seen in photos. As standard practice, we clean and sanitize the RV between each rental. Clean linens are included for the main over-cab bed, as well as some basic bedding. Please clean out any items you brought with you (especially perishable food) upon return.Other things to noteIf you plan to use the toilet, shower, or even just the sink, the gray and black water tanks must be dumped before returning the RV. If this step is missed, a fee will be charged (see fees section). To avoid refueling trip fee(s), please return the RV with the fuel tank full and the propane tank between 3/4 and full. There are dozens of places in the area that will re-fill the propane tank, including many u-Haul locations.

The owner is very accommodating and helpful, and overall the booking and trip was pleasant. However the RV had some significant technical issues with hacky solutions that were not resolved before the trip. It seemed not enough time and care was taken to properly maintain the vehicle. Because of this I cannot give a full score on the rental.

Have a question?Get answers directly from the host
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Check the exterior compartment for hoses and adapters. Plug the main electrical cord into shore power when possible, otherwise leave it plugged in to the generator receptacle.
Q.Can I trust this rig for a long distance trip?
A.
We've been renting a few campers through Outdoorsy since 2018 and have only had one breakdown that required a tow. While anything can happen, we've done our best to address mechanical issues and are firm believers in preventative maintenance. New engine, transmission, cooling system installed April 2022. New suspension parts, front tires October 2022. All under NAPA warranty. We recommend you include roadside assistance in your rental as a precaution, but rest assured she is ready to travel.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
In some cases we may be able to make exceptions to the usual pick up and drop off times. This is entirely dependent on adjacent reservations and our cleaning schedule. Let us know in advance if you would like to request alternate pick up or drop off times, otherwise please arrive no earlier than 11 am on day of departure and arrive no later than 3 pm on day of return.
Q.What kind of gas mileage does the RV get?
A.
Depending on driving habits and circumstances, you can expect 9 - 12 MPG for this rig.
