Hi there, this is our Navi. It has taken us to many places and adventures and we want you to experience the same awesomeness that this retreat on-wheels offers to you. Navi is the 2019 model from Prime Time, we are its first owners. It is equipped with a two burner stove, water heater, fridge and freezer, indoor and outdoor shower, toilet, dinette,1200 watt microwave, Two Speed A/C and Fan (which came really handy during the summer in Utah), propane heater and a plethora of storage. It can comfortably sleep 5 since it is equipped with a set of bunk beds, a full size bed and a dinette that converts into a really comfy bed as well. It has an electric awning as well as LED lighting inside and outside, fully charged 12v battery and full tank of propane (5 gallons). It also comes with several USB connections so yo can always charge your devices even with just the battery. Last but not least, Navi as an awesome slide out, that is very rare on one-axle travel trailer which adds a lot of space while camping. This is one of the features that we love the most from our Navi. Pets are welcome and if desired we can add a doggy ramp and a large kennel at no extra cost.We haul it with our Toyota Highlander (6 cyl, AWD) and we have never had a problem, even going up the Sierra or Rocky Mountains. Dry weight of the trailer is around 3200 lbs.Please Note: as of right now (02/21) the furnace is being fixed and I believe it will be ready to go by the end of March. In the meantime we are offering our renters an electric heater but it requires electric hook up. What's includedNavi is available with 2 deluxe, comfy, camping chairs, cookware and utensils, fresh towels and linens. All you need is food, pillows and clothes. Navi will be delivered with a cold fridge ready for you to store all your food. Drop off available within a 40 mile radius for an extra fee. Renter is responsible for cleaning the trailer before returning, as well as emptying clean water, grey, and black water tanks properly, otherwise a $60 fee will be deducted from deposit. No smoking in the trailer. Dog ramp and kennel can be added if desired. Also, renters towing with an SUV are required to have a weight distribution kit, for your safety and the trailer. If you don't have one, we have one you can use for extra $30 for the duration of your trip.RecommendationsThis baby has been as far as Boulder, CO and has been a champ. Also has visited National Parks in UT, as well as Crater Lake NP and Bend in OR. Due to its size, it is easy to maneuver and tow. It is a joy to bring along.Other things to noteYour vehicle MUST be equipped with a brake system controller able to to operate the trailer, as well as a 7-pin connector, and weight distribution kit (if towing with an SUV). If you show up to pick up the trailer and your vehicle doesn’t have brake controller or 7pin connector, the reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged $200. At the moment we allow no smoking and no tailgating nor festivals.
