This RV is a Toy hauler with a 13ft Garage. Unless we discuss what your hauling, I don't want it used for hauling toys.
This RV is nice, has all the amenities.
We supply kitchen stuff for cooking.
We supply bedding for the Master bed and the 2 beds in the Rear.
We deliver for a fee and your welcome to pick up as well.
We won't leave you hanging... Whether you're planning on dry camping or glamping it up at a full hook up RV park,
There is an On-board Generator for camping off grip.
This RV has new 14 Ply tires and New Steel wheel.
** We Deliver the unit to your camp site for a small fee ** we'll include everything you need to Setup to Tear Down, just relax we have you covered.
You're also welcome to come pick up the Camper, you will need a fifthwheel hitch.
I can supply a fifthwheel hitch for a One-Time Flat Fee.What's includedFresh Linens

My wife and I both have jobs that require a lot of time and are very stressful. So camping is a way of getting away from all that. Our kids and grandkids all camp as well with their own units. We have such a great time together. We do have a dog "Oreo" He's, our boy.

- Security deposit: $810.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $243.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. We strip all the bedding, bathroom linens. We follow with the Covid19 guidelines on what products, to keep our renters safe.

Mark was amazing to work with! Met us and walked us through everything we needed to know. The camper was well stocked, clean, and spacious and my family had a blast making memories. Mark was only a phone call away if we needed anything and he worked completely around our timeline. We can’t wait to make this trip an annual tradition and plan to rent from Mark year after year.
