The bedroom features a slideout with a 72" x 80" king bed, washer/dryer prep, and entertainment options. The main living area includes a residential-style refrigerator, theater seating, and an entertainment center with a TV, fireplace, and hidden pantry. The kitchen is equipped with a booth dinette, cooktop with oven, microwave, and countertop extensions. It is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and linens. Additional sleeping or storage space is provided by the cab over bunk.The FR3 34DS is equipped with various systems, such as hydraulic auto leveling jacks, a Yamaha generator, solar panels, air conditioning, and a furnace. It also includes amenities like a fireplace, TV, and USB charging stations. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and tank level indicators.The interior of the motor coach features flush floor construction, LED lighting, high-quality furnishings, and a range of storage options. The bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, storage space, and a TV. What's includedThe motor coach is stocked with two sets of linens for the king bed, two sets for the dinette bed, and two sets for the bed over the cockpit, plus two pillows for each bed. 8 sets of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. The kitchen has plates, bowls, coffee cups, Keurig machine, eating utensils, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and a toaster. Camping chairs are available upon request. RecommendationsThis coach is excellent for groups up to six people as everyone has a place to sleep. With a full bath and a half, there is not much waiting to get ready. It’s easy to drive and goes anywhere. I’ve taken it to the beach, mountains, various national parks, and big cities such as Washington DC and New York. Weather you’re wanting to plug in at a campsite or boondock with solar and a generator, this coach accommodates both. Other things to noteHouse trained hypoallergenic dogs are welcome. Otherwise house trained pets will be considered. Pet fee and cleaning fee may vary based on type of animal and are subject to approval.

RV was exactly as listed - clean and well stocked. Dustin was an excellent host and helped teach us the ins and outs of the RV as this was our first RV experience. He was also very reachable as we had a few more questions along our trip. I would definitely recommend renting Dustin's RV.
