It also has a separate entry for the bathroom from outside. If you have someone needing the bathroom that say is tenting, they never need to come in the main area. Also if you are at the beach, no sand and water trailing through your entire living space. Also, no icky carpet.What's included Coffee maker that can take pods or make single brew cups with filter, fully equipped kitchen including plates, eating & cooking utensils, pots, measuring cup & spoons, colander, tea pot, lighter. We are grandparents, great-grandparents. I have 15 chickens, love to garden and camp. My husband's health has kept us from traveling so the trailer has set in the driveway. Our grandchildren have stayed in in off and on as a guest room. So it is gently used. This is our first time renting this trailer, so looking forward to the experience so we can make the necessary tweaks to this web-site. We finally decided to rent it out so someone can enjoy it. We live in Kearns, but have it parked in Erda. If there is a problem picking up from the Erda area, please let us know and we will bring it to the house.
