When we picked this trailer out it was important for me to have a real oven, decent counter, large refrigerator, private bedroom, kitchen on front of trailer and not across from seating area, separate wardrobe, lots of storage, a bathroom you can move around in, and an awning. This one had it all. It feels more like a little home. Another feature I love is that the dinette is comfortable even for larger people to sit in. It also has a separate entry for the bathroom from outside. If you have someone needing the bathroom that say is tenting, they never need to come in the main area. Also if you are at the beach, no sand and water trailing through your entire living space. Also, no icky carpet.What's included Coffee maker that can take pods or make single brew cups with filter, fully equipped kitchen including plates, eating & cooking utensils, pots, measuring cup & spoons, colander, tea pot, lighter. Provide 4 rolls bio-degradable toilet paper (only use RV tp, Bath towels. Tire tester, TV screen cleaner. Small dish soap, cleaning supplies. extra pillows and blankets for extra beds. Queen bed fully made. ROKU TV.RecommendationsJust recently spent the weekend at Knotty Pines campground, near Kamas. Great starting point for trip into the mountains. We are grandparents, great-grandparents. I have 15 chickens, love to garden and camp. My husband's health has kept us from traveling so the trailer has set in the driveway. Our grandchildren have stayed in in off and on as a guest room. So it is gently used. This is our first time renting this trailer, so looking forward to the experience so we can make the necessary tweaks to this web-site. We finally decided to rent it out so someone can enjoy it. We live in Kearns, but have it parked in Erda. If there is a problem picking up from the Erda area, please let us know and we will bring it to the house.
