Welcome, and thank you for choosing our Airstream for your adventure! We love sharing our trailer, and we want you to have a wonderful, stress-free trip. These simple rules help us keep the RV clean, safe, and ready for the next guest. • Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, vaping) and NO ANIMALS inside the trailer. My daughter has severe, life-threatening animal allergies (anaphylaxis) as well as asthma and this is our happy place. We love your fur babies but this rule is critical for her safety. Violation of these rule will result in a minimum $500 deep cleaning fee, and you will be responsible for any additional costs if professional allergen/smoke remediation or replacement of soft goods is required. • All trash must be removed and all dishes must be washed upon key return. • GENERATOR USE. Generator is propane-only (no gasoline permitted). Any use of gasoline may result in loss of part or all of security deposit, depending on damage. Tank must be returned full or a $50 refill fee will apply. Lost/damaged tank = $75 replacement charge. • Boondocking Policy. Generator rental is mandatory for boondocking/dry camping to ensure the battery stays charged and systems function. Boondocking without generator rental is not permitted. • Battery & Power Protection. This RV includes a high-end lithium battery system. Battery must not be discharged below 40% charge. Renters are responsible for running the generator or connecting to shore power as needed. Surge protector must be used at all times when plugged into shore power. Renter is responsible for damage caused by power misuse or failure to use surge protection.
