2) You can expect departure/pickup to take up to 45min.
3) You can expect return/drop-off to take up to 20min.
4) You are welcome to leave your vehicle(s) at the pickup location & take the keys with you.
5) Fridge/Freezer will be turned on and cold at pickup.
6) Fresh water tank will be full at pickup. No need to fill before return.
7) Fuel will be full at pickup and must be returned full at drop-off.
8) Propane will be full at pickup, upon your return you don’t need to fill it up, I will handle that and charge your deposit the amount it costs to fill ($10-$50).

5The RV and service was exactly as promised. We were new to the RV life so Jessie showed us everything we needed to know and the RV was great. Jessie was also very helpful for troubleshooting an issue with the water heater on board and had us hot water within a couple direct messages. Very satisfied with the experience.
