Review summary
Aids setup, inconsistent issue resolution
Nicolas (and Katie) provides detailed setup guidance and prompt answers. However, one guest reported being unfairly charged $130 for pre-existing damage, with the owner refusing to believe them.
Spacious but maintenance varies
The Raptor Toy Hauler offers ample family space. However, one renter reported a non-working oven, stained mattress, leaking fridge, and cleanliness issues in flooring and counters.
