**Our RV is a dog friendly RV** with $50 additional cleaning fee a dog.
During USE:
-NO Smoking (Min $500 charge for smoke/vape damage)
-No roof access or towingUpon Return:
- Fuel tank (unleaded): $100 re-fill charge + cost of unleaded fuel
- Propane: $10 re-fill charge + cost of propane
- Generator: 4hr allowance/night + $5/hr for overage time
- Grey/Black tanks: emptied by Owner for minimal $100 fee
- Excessive cleaning fee: based on condition and any excessive cleaning required
- Any tire damage or objects in tires - $250 per damaged tire
- Return all keys in good condition
- Responsible for any damages not covered by Renters Insurance

4Communicating with Kelly prior to our trip was very easy. She sent informational videos in how to operate the inside and outside of the RV that were very helpful. The RV was clean and she offered us free linens along with a lot of great kitchenware. When we got to our site we found that some of the plugs in the RV didn’t work and the shower did not work despite having a water hookup at our camp. When returning the RV to Kelly we told her about the shower and she was not very apologetic. We filled the gas tank up to 20 miles less than when we picked it up because the odometer was not working when we were at the gas station. When we told her the problem at the gas station as well as the shower issue, she still charged us for returning the gas tank at 20 miles less than when we got it. Overall the RV was good, but if you are definitely going to need a shower you should double check it works before leaving on your trip.
