Bathroom has tub/shower with plenty of light from skylight. Refrigerator/freezer, stove with oven, microwave. Coffee maker, toaster, blender, you can cook just like at home. Kitchen is stocked with all necessities such as cooking utensils, dinner plates & bowls, silverware, and brand new food network cookware. 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and garbage bags are provided. Mattresses are covered in a washable, zippered mattress protector, linens are NOT provided. Please bring your own sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. Outdoor refrigerator makes it so drinks are easily accessible. Outdoor shower makes cleaning a breeze. Located 1 hr 45 minutes South of Lake George with many camping options there, 1 hour North of Yogi Bear in Gardiner, NY, only a mile and a half from Brook n Wood Family Campground to name a few! We are flexible with pick up/ drop off times and delivery may be possible for an additional charge. We do NOT offer a generator.Other things to notePlease keep in mind that if you are opting out of dumping the grey and black tanks and choosing to have us do it for you, they hold 39 gallons. This is important to remember especially when returning the travel trailer as the grey water will backflow into the shower and sinks and can cause water to get into places that it shouldn't be while driving. This could effect your security deposit.
You will be required to obtain insurance and show proof of insurance prior to pick up/ delivery. You can do this by calling your auto policy carrier or any other insurance company and asking for an insurance binder for the duration of the rental. Thank you.
