5.0Mike was a superb host. I had many questions before the trip and he answered all my emails in a timely and friendly manner. When it came time for him to deliver the trailer to my desert campsite south of Quartzsite, he was extremely flexible and accommodated my schedule with zero hassle. He delivered the trailer and set it up for me and then explained all the systems required for my dry camping situation. During my stay, I noticed a tiny leak in a water line. I texted Mike and he came out to have a look at it. He then went to town, bought the parts, and came back and fixed it. While he was there, he also replaced the start battery in the generator. It was a great experience and I couldn't have been happier. The trailer itself is ten years old. It has some nicks and dings. So not cosmetically perfect. But everything works perfectly: the generator, the furnace, the toilet, the coffee maker, the toaster, etc. One thing I was delighted to discover is that Mike has added to the "toy hauler" experience. Normally, the back door opens up to a ramp, which is great for getting motorcycles and such in and out of the trailer. But Mike has added two cables to support the ramp in a level position so it's like having a spacious back patio. I hope the picture shows that. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely rent Mike's trailer again.
