This was our second time renting from Nan. The trailer is great. We also brought air mattresses for an even more comfortable sleep. Nan was quick to respond and help resolve any questions or issues we had.

The tent trailer was true to the ad and was easy to set up. Very clean, in good condition for a rental.

Worked well for our family. Nan’s communication and flexibility was great and very appreciated. There is some damage to the trailer that affects function (awning arm is broken, door is broken and doesn’t latch on properly, some mended spots, tears, and pulled seams on the tent canopy) and impacts the waterproof/bug proof aspect. But thankfully it didn’t affect us too much. The electrical also was a bit finicky and the fridge and the plug ins never worked. But thankfully we didn’t need them. Overall it served its purpose and we enjoyed our time.
