- and moreYou can fully function as if you were in a tiny house and have a wonderful time in the wilderness. Please see pics for more of the look and feel. What's included3 jacks that can be used to stabilize the trailer when stopped. There is also extra tools and things in case something goes wrong.A heater is in the unit but can be hard to start, so therefore a small electric heater and fan will be provided.A hitch will also be provided upon arrival for the trip.• Small pets only as per requestRecommendationsBecause this trailer is short and small, it can be a bit of a challenge (but not too much) to back up. Driver needs to be a bit slower than normalAs well, because it is 1600 lbs dry and 2000 lbs wet, on the drive, you may need to go a bit slower as it can sway. On a windy day, please take it easy as it does not come with sway bars.• As water tank is limited and small, depending on dish washing, bathroom, etc, I highly suggest for you to not use the shower if going for long periods. Other things to noteNon-smoking trailer - you are not allowed to smoke at all in the trailer - this includes cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping, etc.I suggest you get a site with electrical outlets. The trailer can fully function off grid and use propane, but sometimes electricity is easier for fridge, lights and use of microwave and Keurig. No festivals or tailgating please. I do not want all my hard work of renovating to get trashed. :)

Vanessa was easy to communicate with and flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. The camper was welcoming, clean and cozy and made our camping weekend that much better. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience renting Vanessa’s trailer. It’s comfy, clean, and has a comfortable bed which is perfect for a two-person trip. The kitchen is very functional and the fact that there is a toilet in the trailer is perfect! Even other people in our camping site got interested in renting Vanessa’s trailer for their camping trip. It’s a very efficient option.
We’ll likely rent it again.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Yes potentially, depending on my schedule, but I can be flexible.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electric is easy, there is the plug that I keep in the drawer for the cord thats on the right hand side of the trailer.
Sewer hose is in the tailgate and there are disposable gloves to use under the sink. Just hook on to the outside outlets and when ready, open up the black water first and after that is empty, close it and open up the grey water hose, then close when drained.
Water hook up - there is a hose in the small cabinet for hook up.
