Get right out in it. The Gulf, the Rockies, Pacific, or local lakes and parks like Turner Falls or Grand Lake. Bicyclists going to a race? Perfect. Hunting trip? The bathroom is also a vented dry room.....just keep it clean, lol! Will not lease for ski trips due to cold climate and wear and tear. In winter months water may be limited to toilet only due to freezing issues and RV being winterized. Other things to noteRelax and just go slow and easy....both in driving and working the equipment. Check, re-check, and triple check if not sure how to do something or to make sure everything is put up properly. Check out after 3 pm, check in before noon. Times to be confirmed with owner and renter. Will work with you as much as possible. See winter and skiing limitations above. No off-roading, no towing, NO SMOKING, if you or items/shoes are dirty, spray off with outside showers, and take off before getting in, 4 person limit. Do not let children have access to pens, crayons, markers, or anything that could mark up cabin unless supervised closely. This is about as easy as an rv gets. You will be provided with video links that cover the vehicle extensively along with manuals and cheat sheets. Key is to go slow and double check yourself.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

Simply plug into marked 30 or 50 amp service. Do not plug into ANY household plug and turn on AC. Water just screw in or use the pre-filled tank. Gray tank hooks up easily. Toilet is a cassette for easy empty. Instructions will be provided.

Comes with soaps, TP, cleaning supplies., TV/DVD. Folding table to use as bed extension and/or picnics. Extra fans. Some people don’t want or need things like sheets, dishes, cookware, towels, coolers, chairs, awning, etc. These are all available for a small fee to cover loading/unloading, cleaning and processing everything. The charges are per trip, not per day or any set time period. Tell me what you want or don’t want ( for example, table may take up space you need) and we make it happen!
