Review summary
Often helpful, sometimes unresponsive
Praised for quick assistance in emergencies and good communication, but criticized for not checking vehicle condition, ignoring issues, and poor post-rental communication leading to unfair charges.
Variable functionality and comfort
Praised for being clean and fully functional by some, but criticized for a smelly, non-flushing toilet, poor fridge cooling, thin uncomfortable beds, and an inadequate power cord that caused melting.
