Little Easy is a like new fully functional little cabin on wheels. Open and spacious feeling from galley style kitchen and corner bathroom. Fridge, sink 2 burner stove with a/c and heat.
Need a towing capacity of at least 2800 lbs for your tow vehicle
Sleeps 3 as the dinette drops down to large bed for 2 adults and permanent bench for smaller 3 rd person. You could use the bench back cushion to put on the floor for a 2nd child sleeping 4.
Auto sensor fridge works on propane or shore power as does furnace to pop on for those chilly mornings. It has a flush toilet for late night convenience!What's included2 camp chairs, camping table, cook set, dishes and utensils included upon request. Other things to notethe A/C will only work if at a plug in site

- Security deposit: $805.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $32.20. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. It also tops off the propane tank, flushes the fresh water and make sure everything works as expected.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
As long as its after 8 am and before 7 pm we can work out the exact times for pick up and drop off
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Turn the LP gas tank off when traveling. turn it on once set up for fridge to cool down and use the cooktop. No pilot lights to light, it automatically sense if its gas supplied or plugged in to shore power at the site.
The black water tank is only 5 gallons so use only if no other option available!
When hooking up the trailer to your 2" ball it is easiest to position your vehicle ball about an inch in front from the travel tongue and crank the trailer down on to the ball.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

the cord plugs into side of camper. the surge protector on the other end then to site power
if water supply at site connect with white hose to fresh water port on side of camper
black tank empties first then gray water to flush it out at dump site of campground before leaving
