No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the RV. No pets are allowed at any time. Unauthorized pets may result in cleaning fees, damage charges, and/or termination of the rental. No parties, festivals, tailgating, or large gatherings unless approved in writing before the rental. Towing is only allowed if pre-approved in writing. RV requires approx. 12 ft. height clearance. Watch for low bridges, trees, gas station canopies, drive-throughs, and parking ramps. Low-clearance damage can be very expensive. GPS tracking may be used for safety, location, and rental protection. RV makes wide turns. Watch rear corners when leaving campsites, gas stations, and parking lots. Stay on paved, gravel, or solid surfaces. No off-road use or parking/driving in muddy, wet, soft, or grassy areas where the RV may get stuck. Everything must be clear before moving the slide-out. Damage caused by improper slide-out use is renter’s responsibility. Awning must be retracted during wind, rain, storms, overnight, or anytime you are away from the RV. Roof is off limits. Do not climb, sit, stand, or store items on the roof. Return with regular unleaded fuel at the same level as pickup or a $100 fee plus fuel cost applies. Gray and black tanks must be emptied before return or a $150 dump fee applies. Use only RV-safe toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, food, grease, or trash. Return RV in the same clean condition as pickup or a $200 cleaning fee applies. Remove personal items, food, and garbage. Leave used bedding unmade. Report all damage, accidents, warning lights, or mechanical issues immediately. Do not self-repair without approval. Unreported damage may result in a $100 surcharge per instance. Renter is responsible for tire damage, lost keys, lockouts, tickets, tolls, towing caused by renter error, and violations. Late return fee is $75 per hour unless approved in advance.
