Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are willing to work with you to arrange pick-up and drop-off times that work for your schedule and ours. We'll take time to make sure you're comfortable with the camper before you depart.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The trailer is setup for 30Amp - 120V service commonly available at most camp sites. We do include an adapter for plugging into a standard 15-20A wall receptacle. If there isn't a water connection at the site you can fill up the 33 gal. fresh water tank. The gray water and black water are separate tanks with separate outlet ports. If you are at a campsite with sewer you will have to choose which to connect, either black or gray.
Q.
What type of hitch is provided?
A.
We will provide a 2" receiver weight distributing hitch that can be adjusted for the needs of your vehicle. The only thing you need is a 2-inch receiver, 7-pin towing connector, and the ability to tow 4,000 lbs. (Be aware, maximum tow ratings do not allow full payload. They typically only allow 250lbs of payload at maximum towing weight. A 5,000lb tow rating is preferred).
Q.
What type of solar power is provided?
A.
The trailer is equipped with a 420W solar system and a 100Ahr lithium battery. An additional 100W portable panel is also available. With the exception of the AC, microwave and outside fridge, the camper is fully functional with solar power and LP gas. The 100Ah battery supplies enough power to conservatively power the camper for 48 hours with little to no sun.
