5A year hence planning of a Duluth trio for fireworks finally arrived.... Situations tho dictated a different vehicle, and we asked if the unit could be delivered to site... it was AND set up!!! With an abscessed tooth cooking our delivery back to the owner was making the trip end a bad decision, where I asked the owner to pick-up.... and all was taken care of. THAT doesn't happen very often and it made the trip well worth the stipend needed. .....and that tooth? A great ER in Two Harbors provided enough antibiotic to remove pain, and the air show was amazing!!

5Awesome trip! Amanda was very kind and easy to work with. Communication was quick. The GD Imagine was perfect for our 7 day trip (me, hubs, and our pup). Everything worked well. Zero issues. We will book this again the next time we are heading up the North Shore!

3Communication and ease of booking were great. There was an issue with the camper however from day 1 where the battery would not hold a charge so it died by the evening and therefore the fridge died. For the 7 day duration of our trip, we had to be very cautious about using any electricity, and had to take time out of our vacation to make extra trips for ice to keep our food in a cooler so it didn’t go bad in the fridge. Amanda tried her best to trouble shoot over the phone and was apologetic. Outdoorsy was less than helpful and I had to spend a significant portion of a day fielding multiple phone calls from them and re-explaining the issue and getting different answers about the insurance coverage. Outdoorsy’s insurance covered nothing. I requested a refund of 3 nights for the inconvenience, and Amanda agreed to about half that amount. The Kurig was also broken. Disappointing piece of our trip and I feel like these issues could have been avoided had they checked the battery and Kurig prior to renting it.
