Meet Elizabeth! Elizabeth is a 2019 Thor ACE 30.2 (Class A, gas) and she is easy to drive. She has room to sleep up to 6 and 6 to ride with seatbelts. With a full-length slide out, Elizabeth is both spacious and comfortable. There is also plenty of storage both inside as well as in the “basement” beneath the coach.Elizabeth has captains chairs that swivel to face the interior of the coach as well as a removable table that fits between the captains chairs. Hi! Inchi and I bought Elizabeth, our Thor ACE 30.2, in June when our house sold much faster than expected. We lived in her for a month in an RV park on the MD/PA border and then set out on our cross-country journey. We first traveled south to Miami to visit family and then west to LA where we now live. It was our intention from the start to rent out Elizabeth when we arrived and it's been a great experience. Barry & Inchi.

We had a great experience from the beginning to the end!
We can't thank Barry enough for excellent communication and training prior to the trip, to a thorough walk-thru upon picking up, to informing us of all the details. The motorhome alone was an RV-ers dream, and perfect for our family with plenty of space, beds, bathrooms and amenities. My 13 years old daughter loved the bunk bed and she said it was very cozy secret space. We greatly appreciate the flexibility that was given to us, which made our trip and return easy. Thanks, Barry.

This was our second RV trip with Barry and Inchi and it was amazing. The first time we rented was 2 years ago when our daughter was only 3 months the old. This year we took our 6 month old son. Everything went perfect.
I had questions about the RV during our trip and Barry was super responsive. Overall, amazing experience and will definitely be renting from them again.

We had a great trip to Vegas in this rig. It had everything we needed to be comfortable for five days, all was new and clean. Our friends were impressed by how nice the setup was. The check-out process was very thorough, which we appreciated as first-time RVers. Note that as of Oct 2021, the overhead bed is not functioning but everything else worked perfectly. Barry and Inchi were communicative and available for any questions we had. Thanks for a great trip, can’t wait to do more RVing!

RV Nightmare Worst rental experience ever. Stinks of feces. Foul stench of decayed body waste, no operating heater, faulty overhead bed. Unresponsive owner. Hidden charges and fees. Prior reviews clearly indicate overhead bed is broken/unavailable however Owner has kept my $2K deposit for that non-operating overhead bed. I won’t rent from them ever again.

Unfortunately, Hossein was our first problem renter and we need to respond to his vile comments. It appears that he’s upset that we’re working with Outdoorsy to manage the repairs of the overhead bed which he broke. We’ll respond to his comments point-by-point. (1) “Worst rental experience ever.” Actually, this was his first time renting or using an RV even though he repeatedly reminded us that he’s a contractor and therefore understands how RVs work. (2) “Stinks of feces. Foul stench of decayed body waste.” Of course not! Interestingly, there was no odor when he picked up the RV and no odor when he returned it. We suspect that he did not properly dump the tanks early in the rental. (3) “Unresponsive owner.” During his rental, we responded to his queries with 40 messages and several phone calls explaining various RV systems (which we had also covered during training). (4) “Hidden charges and fees.” Outdoorsy doesn’t have or support hidden fees. (5) “Prior reviews clearly indicate overhead bed is broken/unavailable.” Actually, the bed was functioning perfectly prior to the rental and he did not complain during the rental. Upon inspection at pick-up, the bed was not functioning properly. Such issues can be caused by misuse. Note: He did have an issue with the heater (which has since been repaired). I offered a generous discount at the end of the rental and he agreed at the time that it was fair to him. Sadly, by his comments and demands prior to the rental, we almost didn’t rent to him. Wish we had listened to our Spidey Sense.

It was our first RV trip, and it surpassed all our expectations. The RV is really cool and everything is very practical. We were a little cold the first day because we forgot to turn on the heater and had little blankets available I think due to Covid and we forgot to bring ours. Barry was always available to help us, we had a question and he attended to us immediately, always responding quickly. I highly recommend this RV, everything works perfectly and is new. We are already planning our second trip with this beautiful RV.

Man, this was a tough review to write. It should’ve been a 3 but could’ve been easily been a 5 and here’s why. Let me start off by saying, hats off to the owners. Their communication and attentiveness was spot on. Upon meeting them, they were great people and cared for their rig. Super thorough so expect to spend time going over ALL of the RV. A good thing for first timers… a bit long for seasoned users. But fine nonetheless. The RV is great. Very quiet and easy to drive. Watch crosswinds as this is a tall rig. Very clean, and everything inside is in great working order. Tons of sleeping options, lots of TVs, and space is adequate with its entire left side as slide out. Storage galore! Once at your destination, this is a living oasis. Easy to set up, great hook ups (30amp) and leveling jacks are a breeze. That’s what made this trip a 5 star. Ok, here’s why it should’ve been a 3 star. About 5-7 days before our trip, we’re told the generator was not functioning and was not going to be ready; Concerned as we were driving through a desert. It was not fun but we left in the morning and didn’t experience intense heat for long. We also couldn’t use the awning like we were told for fear of breaking and not covered by insurance (I can I understand that I guess). So take a canopy. On the way back however, the heat was unbearable. I had to drive alone and my family had to jump on another RV because of it. Just south of Baker we got two insane monsoon rains. I kicked on the wipers and to my surprise, they didn’t work! I couldn’t see anything. I pulled over and checked them. Driver side snapped on and so did passenger. Began driving again and within two minutes the passenger failed and left side was shotty. I took video for the owner to see (come to find out, work had been done on windshield and shop did not install wipers adequately). Huge safety hazard. Had to wait for the weather to pass. In the heat, it was not fun.
At the end of the day, my family had a blast and kids didn’t care of the issues. Because of that, and the great experience I had with these empathetic owners, I decided on a 4star rating. I would rent this RV again without a doubt and so should you… provided everything has been fixed.
