Air BNB on wheels. All that you need to bring is your clothes, food, beverages and personal hygiene items and we have taken care of the rest. Bedding and linens provided and are cleaned each after each use. Gorgeous 2016 Forest River Charleston tag axle with 4 slide outs, outdoor entertainment and shower will sleep 10 persons, however we fill that it will sleep 6 adults comfortably and 4 children. The coach offers plenty of basement space for storage. We provide chairs, tables and an outdoor grille for our renters. It offers a larger freezer outside for any renter that needs to store ice or frozen food if it won't fit in the indoor freezer area. It offers 3 A/C units for maximum comfort in the hot weather. We do offer a Pet friendly enviroment and there will be an additional cleaning fee for long hair pets. We also offer a delivery option up to 100 miles from area code 62832. The coach offers 3 TV's and a wifi hookup onboard.What's included•Blankets, bed sheets, towels, wash clothes, kitchen ware, coffee maker, lawn chairs, blackstone grille, toilet paper, soaps, mop, broom, rugs, Other things to noteNo smoking inside the RV, pets are welcome for an additional charge

• Please be aware of low hanging limbs and wires as well as canopy's and overpasses. The coach has a clearance height of just under 13'6 inches. Also be aware of tight turns and small entrances as the coach is long and the turning radius is large.

Very well equipped.
