- Cancel 7 or fewer days before your trip begins: 50% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 50%)
The service fee, and the tax you pay on it, are not refundable. The protection package and other taxes are.

I took my family to Disney for my grandsons 3rd birthday and I rented a 29ft RV and a week before we where to leave they owner canceled do to the RV got into an accident. So luckily enough I found Chris luxury van and are ride there and back was great the kids where comfortable and it had tv. We bought the kids a bunch of stuff so we had room to bring it all back. Our experience with renting from Christopher was outstanding. Communications with him were great from pre-booking questions to dropping the RV back off to him. He even check in with me during the trip to make sure everything was going ok. I don't have a single negative thing to report. We will definitely rent from Christopher many more times. Chris was the perfect host and always there when we needed him. We loved the camper and when we had questions, he was always available. We couldn't get the WIFI to work and the interior door wouldn't stay closed during traveling, but everything else was PERFECT for our trip. We didn't sleep in it, used for traveling only, but my husband and I would def rent again for a long weekend vacation. We also loved that the van was only 20 min from our house too so pick up was fine. Thank you for everything!
