Generally responsive, helpful host

Jodie is often praised for being responsive, helpful, and making pick-up/drop-off smooth and informative. However, one guest experienced slow communication, a rushed schedule change, and a disputed post-rental damage charge.

Clean, functional with amenity gaps

The trailer is consistently described as clean, comfortable, and functional with a good layout, including games. However, several guests noted minimal kitchenware, and the electric fridge had recurring issues not cooling properly, leading to spoiled food.
