Clean. Above all this rig will always be immaculately clean before you come to pick him up. Beautiful condition outside from having been under cover its entire life. Two solar panels are a big plus and can extend your time away from sites if and when needed. What's includedA new queen bed with nice high thread count sheets provided. Towels, and cooking and eating utensils, Thermacell mosquito repellant, and some reading material and a couple games.Pets are welcome, either dogs or cats, potty trained and well behaved meaning they will not destroy the interior. We understand personally how difficult and often expensive also it is to find pet friendly accommodations, and we’re happy to welcome pets and for no charge, all we ask is that no damage is allowed to occur from leaving pets unattended or otherwise.Other things to noteAbsolutely positively no smoking is allowed inside or within 25’ of the trailer.No festivals. No tailgating.Please do not leave pets unattended in the trailer if there is even a risk they would cause damage without supervision; also be sure they are safe if they are well behaved and being left for a short time.It is critical that the awning not be retracted while wet; if it’s out and it’s going to rain and you’re going to have to leave while it’s raining or shortly after then be sure to retract it while it’s still dry. Do not allow the awning to be stored while it’s wet or it will become moldy and it’s an enormously difficult and unsafe task to clean the mold, thank you for your consideration.

- Prep fee: NZ$171.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. We take clean seriously and it will be thoroughly cleaned and prepped and stocked for each guest.

I’ve been hosting separately (a lake cottage and campsites) through AirBnB and Vrbo since 2019 and have consistently maintained a Super/Premier Host from the start! My husband and I have long enjoyed sharing our spaces that we love with others to enjoy and it’s our and my genuine priority to make these spaces as enjoyable and as clean as I would want them to be for us to stay in them; it seems guests have noticed and appreciated this, and we appreciate our guests!
