This small light weight jayco is great for families and children. It has everything to need to enjoy a camping experience. Solar power as well as electric, sewer and water hook up this baby is brand new. Clean interior, high power microwave. This unit has sway control and a smart television. Feel cool in the summer and warm in the winter with air conditioning and a furnace. Be sure to dump the trailer after using the bathroom there will be a fee if I have to dump it.What's includedFresh linens, eating utensils and cookware. Shampoo, conditioner and soap.RecommendationsWe have been to Arkansas as well as Adventureland for extended stay or weekends. Music festivals are our favorite.Other things to noteIt is important to make sure you dump the trailer.That is the gray tank and black tank.They must be at zero.They are at zero when I get to you and should be at zero when they come back.Thank you

She was very accessible for questions with quick responses. She gave excellent instructions on the camper’s amenities. Monica even let us use her hitch with the sway bars. Super accommodating. My only concern is we emptied the tanks as instructed but the black water still read 2/3 full. I think the sensor is touchy because the tank was emptied. Overall we had a great experience!
