Our Thor is the perfect size. Small enough to drive like a van, but large enough to sleep 6 (although 2 spaces are the fold down table so it may not be comfortable for 2 adults). Everything you would expect from a newer RV - fridge, freezer, tv, dvd, generator, automated awning, etc).
It can also come stocked with lawn chairs, dishes, etc, if needed.
The RV should be returned in the same condition as you received it. That means a full tank of gas, black and gray tanks emptied, surfaces, floors, furniture, appliances, etc. clean. Exceptions: LP tank does NOT need topped off. If we provide bedding, it should be gathered in a pile and does not need laundered.
Outdoorsy insurance is required.
No towing. No smoking. No cats. No boondocking unless you can convince me you're experienced enough to know what to expect.
Pets:
Sorry, no cats.
Dogs are allowed but require an additional $200 deposit and they must be kenneled if left alone in the RV.
Note - If you're potentially interested in renting the RV, please let us know if you have any experience camping, how many adults/kids/pets will be going, destination, how long, if you'll have electric/water hookups, etc.
None of those are deal breakers, but it will help us know what we need to talk about before booking the rental.
Also note: The low approval rating on booking requests is due to a number of people booking the RV when it was first put up, despite the note we had on the top of the description then indicating we weren't ready to accept anything yet.

Let us know your trip plans. We'll ask a few questions to ensure the RV is a good fit for your trip. If so, you can submit a booking request. We'll confirm the details and accept it. Then your credit card will be charged an initial deposit. You will then need to to finish the insurance and verify your drivers. Before the rental, we'll send the operating instructions and a list of items we can include if you want them. Let us know what you want, confirm a pickup time, and come get it!
