Review summary
Highly communicative and accommodating host
Chris is praised for excellent communication, flexibility with pick-up/drop-off times, and providing detailed instructional videos. He thoughtfully stocks the van with essentials and goes above and beyond with extras like baby gear.
Drives smoothly, handles all conditions
Bertha is praised for driving smoothly like a Cadillac, being easy to control, and performing perfectly even in high winds or snow thanks to AWD and winter tires. It features a spacious interior, comfortable beds, ample storage, and a powerful heater for all-season travel.

5.0Bertha rides well and setup for bed time was straightforward. The van has lots of safety features that make adjusting to driving a van easier. It had plenty of storage and was well equipped. We used the electric kettle every morning. Chris was responsive to questions and very easy to work with.

5.0I really appreciate how flexible Chris was with pick up and drop off times! His videos of the van made me feel more comfortable and prepared driving it. Bertha drove so smoothly, and was incredibly spacious inside. Bertha also came equipped with everything you need for a camping trip, including some fun extras! I would definitely rent Bertha again in the future!
