Carlos was amazing to communicate with very friendly and prompt with responses and understanding of timing for pick up and drop off. The camper could use some repairs, there appears to have been a screen door but it was not on when we rented it which was a bummer because it was so hot during the day and cooled off nicely at night the screen door would have been great and the screens on some of the windows were not intact so bugs got into the camper. We were staying in an area with a lot of flies. The camper really wasn't stocked which could have been a big issue if we weren’t camping with our friends that have their own camper. Aside from those few things. Overall, The camper was clean. carlos was easy to work with and pick up drop off was easy.

After picking up the camper, I was followed by two men in a wrecker from Denver to Guanella pass. They were trying to repossess the camper. They blocked me on the road with their wrecker and refused to let me pass demanding I surrender the camper. I refused and eventually they let me go after I allowed them to photograph my driver’s license and gave my phone. number. We were so worried about them coming to take the camper that we came back after two days, a day early. We did not have cell service until leaving the camp. Outdoorsy was of little help and I hold them responsible to vet all their hosts to make certain nothing like this can happen. Further, I feel I should be refunded the unused day which would have gone a long way toward making this a less horrible experience. The host was actually very nice, allowing me to return without emptying the tanks. He explained it as a mistake through the bank. Obviously mistakes can happen, but this mistake was not my fault, however I am the one that paid for it in dollars and significant stress. The repo man even called me after I had returned the camper demanding I tell him where it was located. I do not feel that I was treated fairly.

Nice little camper. Easy pickup location and great communication by the host.
