Exceptional communication and support

Carlos provides excellent customer service, answering all questions, offering thorough walkthroughs, and facilitating easy drop-off/pickup. Many highly recommend his helpfulness and responsiveness, though one faced unresponsiveness during a critical issue and another had a last-minute cancellation.

Cozy, clean, and well-suited

Guests found the camper cozy, clean, and perfect for families/pets, with a roomy bathroom and good AC even in 100-degree weather. It's often spotless and matches the listing. One guest, however, reported a terrible mattress, broken deadbolt, faulty refrigerator, and battery issues.
