Sleeping arrangements are two queen lofts, a twin sized pull out sofabed, and two twin pull down beds in the garage. An on-board Onan Quiet Diesel 6000 watt generator provides boondocking capabilities with enough power to support the twin A/C units and any other power-hungry devices you may have. There are two slide-outs, and a large electric, automatic awning for shade. If you're bringing toys along in the garage, you'll be pleased to find a 20-gallon fueling station available as well. Tires are nearly new, 2017 manufacture. We had a diverse family group and this RV was great. It's quite spacious and has all the creature comforts for eating, socializing, playting card games and plenty of spaces to relax if you're not outside. Nate was very responsive, communicative and helped us understand the RV systems to make the trip go well! We'll likely book it again when the opportunity arrises.

This RV drove great with plenty of power for Mountain Driving. The Beds are a bit hard so bring some extra foam. Nate was easy to work with and very fair.

Unit was everything as advertised and everything was in working order. The owner was responsive to all questions. Sleeping 8adults would be A bit tight but 6 adults and two children would be no problem.

We're a family of 7, just did a 2-week trip through the Utah / AZ parks. The RV was great and provided us with plenty of room. Nate was always available via text to answer the inevitable questions that came up, and was super helpful and friendly. And the toy-hauler garage in the back was perfect for storing the huge amount of luggage we brought. There aren't many RV models like this one out there - always easy to find this one in a parking lot!
