It has a Queen size bed, a fold out couch, and a kid bed that the dining table flattens out into. 2 air conditioning, 2 furnaces, 6 gallon water heater, gas/110 V. Refrigerator with freezer, under cabinet coffee maker, 18 ft fabric awning, 5 window awnings, dual pane windows, sunscreens on windows, monitor system for water-propane-waste, stabilizer shocks, roof mounted dish/tv antenna, heated basement, rear vision camera, 80 gallon water tank, 80 gallon grey/black water tank, and stocked with cooking pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware.The Boomer has a bathroom, full size closets, cabinets, shower , and toilet. The bedroom has bed lights, side cabinets, and furnished sheets, blankets and towels. Everything is sterilized before and after rental. Other things to noteI am asthmatic, so please keep all smoking, vaping, etc. outside.
