Perfect for family or friend's road trip. For a quick start to vacation, we deliver. Come stay in this Farmhouse style camper. We create a hassle-free experience, and we hope you consider us!Sleeps 6. 1 queen bed. 2 double bunks. Bluetooth radio with am/fm radio (interior and exterior speakers). 2 smart TV’s (no Wi-Fi) Outdoor fridge and sink. *Allow approximately 30 minutes for orientation. We want you to feel comfortable.
*Pick up-drivers must be experienced with pulling campers or large trailers and must have proper tow vehicle.
*Delivery-great option for folks without proper tow vehicle and for stress free arrival and departure.

All bed linens, 1 queen quilt and 4 separate blankets for bunk beds, pillows, towels, hand soap, basic kitchen utensils/ skillet/ pan, cutting board, mixing bowl, strainer, single cup coffee maker (ground or k cup), mini waffle maker, single toaster, cutting board, paper towels bathroom items (toilet paper/ toothpaste/ shampoo/ body wash/ conditioner/ blow dryer). 1 full propane tank, 2 burner stove (propane required), 6 camping chairs, outdoor table for 2 burner stove.Other things to note-Minimum renter age of 25
-Use caution with doors, cabinets, fixtures, hook ups, etc. Campers are not made like homes.
-No more then 6 people.
-No pets. Any sign of a pet will result in a minimum charge of $100.
-No smoking or vaping. Any smell or sign will result in $150 charge.
-Follow instruction book inside camper for proper camper use of bathroom, appliances, slide out, awning, etc.

We were a little anxious as this was our first time camping with an RV. The host from DPS was very informative and friendly. He was able to explain everything about the features of the RV. He also gave us great tips for setup, usage, and teardown. They even provided things I would have never thought about to include surgical gloves and hand sanitizer for the dump process. The RV says it sleeps six but make sure you look closely at the layout. Two of the beds were kind of small for two people. Luckly we only had four staying in the RV. Overall, the RV looked new and everything worked fine. They included nice little extras, such as utensils, towels, games, etc. My wife was sold, and we can never go camping with tents again...
