Pet deposit maybe required.****Must have proof of large vehicle driving experience within the last 24 months otherwise this unit is delivery only. Must be able to pass driver’s test during pick up. If the drivers test is failed and you do not wish to rent a smaller RV, 25% of the reservation total is non refundable for time loss, rental loss etc. Please do not rent this RV if you genuinely have no experience driving large vehicles. This RV weighs close to 40,000 lbs dry, responsibility is extremely high and experience is a must. *****Sleeping Space: King size bed, pull out sofa, and over drivers seat bunk.

Pick up times are between 12-5 pm. . The mornings are reserved for returns. The afternoon is reserved for departures. If you would like to depart early in the morning please book for the day before or add the expedition fee. Return times are between 8-11 am. Late return is available as an add on. Late return is anytime up to 5 pm on the date of return.At pick up plan for 30 min orientation if experienced or 60 min for less experienced. Cleaning - the interior and exterior of the RV must be returned rent ready. Any deviation from the rent ready state will incur a cleaning fee based on size of the RV. Plan for cleaning time unless the service is purchased ahead of time. Exterior must be free of bugs, road dust, etc. Waste tanks must be returned empty, or select the dump add on for us to dump the tank on the last day. Propane returned at same level as given. Gas returned full or same level given. Tires are the renters responsibility during the trip. All of our tires are inspected ahead of each trip and filled to recommended PSI. Pets - We love all pets but they must be approved. Please do not show up the day of the rental with a pet that has not been discussed prior. In most cases we will approve your pets. Pet fee can fee found as an add on during check out. No smoking in the RV of any kind. Can result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit, min smoke fee is $750.Cooking odor. Heavy cooking odor or frying in the RV will result in a $500 cleaning fee. Each RV is equipped with some type of outdoor kitchen with a 2 burner stove, table, and chairs. Our goal is to keep the RV smelling fresh for each renter. Delivery and Pick up. Yes we offer one way rentals, drivers, delivery, set up, and pick up services. The delivery fee does not include gas, mileage, and tolls. Insurance - in case of an accident the security deposit will become the deductible. The deductible is per incident. Linens are not included but available as an add on during check out.
