2 Bedrooms: One queen bed and 2 bunkbed room, both separated by a door for privacy.
Spacious Living Area: Relax in front of the electric fireplace. The couch pulls out into a small bed, and the dinette converts into a bed.
Separate Rear Area: Perfect for storing bikes/ATVs without the fumes. Includes two couches that convert to a queen bed and a bunk queen bed, a Smart TV, and a separate AC unit. The back can also transform into a patio.
Ample Storage: Plenty of space for all your camping gear.
This camper is perfect for your next camping trip! Book now and make your outdoor adventure truly memorable.
Important Notes for Guests:
• Bring a Cooler: Our fridge is an apartment-size unit and only runs when hooked up to power. It does not run on battery, so a cooler for your drinks is highly recommended.
Awning Usage: Awnings are great but use them at your own risk. We've had to replace two awnings during our own camping experiences. Avoid using the awning in windy or heavy rain conditions. Do not leave the awning out overnight or when the camper is unattended. Any damage to the awning will be at your expense.
Weeknight Rentals: If renting or picking up the camper on a weeknight, we recommend booking the campsite for an extra night. Due to our work schedules, we can only drop off the camper in the late evening, usually after 6pm-7pm, depending on the distance. When picking up on weekdays, we will have to do it either early in the morning (before 8am) or after 6pm. What's includedLinens and Bedding: Sheets, pillows, and blankets.
Kitchen Essentials: Plates, bowls, cups, utensils, pans, baking sheets, silverware, coffee maker, kitchen towels, dish soap, sponge, and trash bags.
Outdoor Gear: Marshmallow skewers, two recliner chairs, two bag chairs, outdoor rug, yard games
Entertainment: Two TVs with streaming sticks (the main living room TV can be taken outside and hooked up).
Bathroom Supplies: Towels, toilet paper, first aid kit, and hand soap.
Recommendations•Ask about using the kayaks (we have 4)
• Ask about using the small smoker or Blackstone grill.Other things to noteImportant Rules for Renters:
No Smoking: Smoking inside the camper will incur a $250 charge.
Toilet Use: Only flush RV-approved toilet paper. A $200 fee will be charged for clogged pipes. Feminine products and wipes (even flushable ones) must be disposed of in the trash can.
Walk-Through: We will conduct a walk-through before your trip to answer any questions and go over important details.
Please don't hesitate to ask questions or address concerns. We aim to make this a good experience for you!

5Great rental experience! Communicated throughout the rental, kept it well furnished, and were very responsive. Had a small hiccup during the trip and Mark and Anna were on top of it. Overall, highly recommend them to rent from.
