Our camper features two recliners, a pull out couch, dinette, and separate main bedroom area with King size *residential grade* mattress. The camper has 3 slide outs. There is a microwave, oven, stovetop, full size refrigerator, freezer, and kitchen sink for your use. Full size pantry. The bathroom is spacious for a travel trailer, and features a large shower. The awning pulls out and has cool led lights. Flat screen televisions in living room and bedroom. Indoor/outdoor speakers. We will host campers with pets. Our dogs stay in our camper with us, and we clean it after each use, but if you have sensitive allergies, we might not be the right choice for you.We will include bed linens, pillows, blankets, hand towels, bath towels, silverware, cookware, an outdoor rug, rv safe toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, toilettries and other misc items that you might forget are available for your use. We recommend bringing your own paper plates, cups, and bowls for easy cleanup.The floor is continuous vinyl flooring. The couch, dinette benches, and recliners are all pleather. This makes cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces easier! The camper is ventilated after each use. Please remember, we are pet friendly! Stray dog hairs are a possibility!All hoses and and power cords are included for hookup.Delivery is available in the local area IN THE Evenings Only - we are located in Davisburg near White Lake, Pontiac Lake, Holly, Milford, Brighton, Highland, and Fenton. We will drop off at your campsite the night before your actual rental begins so it is ready and available first thing in the morning for you - this will require you to rent the site for a night earlier than your planned arrival. There is a minimum of 4 paid rental nights in any situation, and we must be notified in advance. (Ie, if you have a 3 night stay, you will be charged for 4 nights due to the minimum.)If you require a longer-term stay, we are happy to consider delivering the camper to you at further distances. This would be great for someone who is horse showing all month long at the Aqha Quarter Horse Congress in Columbus, Ohio.RecommendationsWe are close to the Oakland County Fairgrounds, The Ellis Barn, Holly Rec, Groveland Oaks, Milford, Fenton, Holly Township, Highland Rec, and many more.

Renting an RV was a new experience for our family. The renovations at our small lake cottage weren't complete by the 4th of July to extend sleeping space we rented the luxurious and sparkling Blue Pheasant Farms Fifth wheel from Kristen and Travis. They delivered, set up and picked up the beautiful RV. It couldn't have been more stress free and pleasant. The only problem we had was who got to sleep in the RV as it was like an upscale hotel suite since everyone wanted to stay there instead of the cottage. Kristen is wonderful at keeping in touch. Kristen and Travis were helpful, warm and a pleasure to meet. You would be lucky to stay in this space!!!
