Smooth drive with seatbelts for the whole family. Gas fueled rig.Living/kitchen: Sofa couch and two captains chairs pivot around to add additional seating to spacious Living area with flat screen TV and DVD player. Large counter space is perfect for prepping meals. 3 burner propane cook top and oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee pot, toaster, tupperware, mixing bowls, pots and pans, and all the cooking utensils you could ever need.Beds: Queen size private master bed with tons of closet space. Dinette conversion, fold down sofa, and a large fold down bunk above the cockpit.Bathroom: large shower and separate water closet.Features: self leveling jacks, backup camera and side view cameras, on board generator, large propane tank. Heating and air conditioning. Water heater. RecommendationsDetroit state park campground, OR is a great family experience. Right on the lake woth amazing swimming spot, picnic tables, and fibrous in each camp spot. Some full hookups, some partial hookup. Very kid friendly location. Bring your bicycles and kids have tons of paved paths to ride on.Kiwanda RV park Pacific city, OR is also a favorite. Across the street from the Pelican Pub brewery and Cape Kiwanda state park. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend checking out the wine shops and taking a bottle of local Oregon wine to the rig fir dinner. Also has heated indoor swimming pool and spa tub.
Other things to noteAbsolutely no smoking is allowed. The fold down bunk over the cockpit is only rated up to 200 lbs, please only allow one person at a time on bunk. We have 3 teens and we all fit comfortably using the dinette bed, sofa bed, and bunk. Each kiddo has a comfortable place of thier own while we sleep in our private master bed. Although we love our pets too, we do not allow pets on board the rig. Propane and Gas be full upon returning. Grey and black tanks also must be emptied.

HI! Welcome to our RV. We are a family of 5. Three teens who are equally in love with camping as we are. We love to travel and be out in nature. Take a swim in a lake of river over a pool any day! We also have two mini aussies who are 6 and 3. They keep us as busy as raising three teens. Both of us are small business owners which also keeps us busy. Hunting and fishing are also some of our favorite hobbies, but nothing beats time spent with our family and closest friends. Most of our camping trips are spent with them. The more camping families to join us, the better! We have even Full timed in one of our previous rigs while building our house. That was quite an experience and some days miss that time. Over the years we have owned several RVs. Started out with a pop up tent trailer, but also have had tow behinds and fifth wheel setups. Finally upgraded to out motorhome and we love it. Life with a camper/RV just suits us. We hope to help your family enjoy it as much as we do !
