You Must have a 7-way trailer connector installed on your vehicle and electric trailer brake controller, rental includes use of my weight distribution hitch system, which will be explained upon pickup. Electric tongue jack so there is no manual cranking, the stabilizers are manual, but I will include a drill and the appropriate sockets to make setup a breeze.What's includedJust about everything you may need with the exception of person toiletries and linens and towels unless you opted for themOther things to noteRenter is responsible for any and all damage
