"Orion" has it all! This Rockwood Mini Lite 2509S is the perfect size to fit almost anywhere, have the whole family and is loaded with amenities! We have fallen in love with traveling in our off time but our work keeps us busy. We hope that Orion can help you create lifetime memories!Orion includes 2 double bunks (fits adults), each with dedicated lights and power outlet, a dinette that converts to a double and a Murphy queen that exposes a couch when stowed away! (Sleep 5 comfortably or up to 8 doubling up on the Double beds) The bathroom tub is perfect for the little ones traveling with you yet also is tall enough for all the adults!Enjoy time outdoors with a large encompassing awning with an outdoor shower, stove, mini fridge, and speakers!Fully equipped and upgraded:

Welcome to our camper Orion!Our family loves to travel and be outdoors with nature. After renting a few RVs and trailers we decided this is something we needed to do more of! Our favorite way to get out so far is staying at various Harvest Host locations. We hope to continue visiting all the great places the states have to offer and hope to extend the opportunity to others!

-No Smoking, vaping or drug use is allowed in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages.-Racks, towing behind the trailer or other attachments to the exterior of the vehicle is prohibited.-Use of the awning IS allowed (Outdoorsy's default policy requires explicit owner permission) and one its great features! Please be mindful when extending of wind, space, branches and potential sap. It is an expensive and fragile component of the coach. It shall not be left open overnight, unattended or during high winds.-Furry friends are Welcome no Felines or Rodents. Please advise to the size, breed and age of your little friend. You may want to consider the physical damage coverage (https://www.outdoorsy.com/help/physical-damage-coverage-for-outdoorsy-owners-us-rentals). The pet should never be left alone in the trailer. The risk of excessive barking, damage to the unit, or the pet overheating is too great.-Add Ons for Additional Offerings we will Provide to Ensure you ENJOY OUR RIDE!-Renter is responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.-If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided-Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining tire pressure.
