2018 Thor Four Winds
This motorhome is where Memories are made!! Pick up can be conveniently scheduled in Cumming, GA(10 mins from Mall of Georgia) or delivered and set up within 100 miles for a reasonable fee. This RV is Small enough to drive comfortably wherever your adventure takes you while having plenty of storage. Take it to the lake or for a cross country trip to make memories with your friends and family that will last forever! If you are booking a camp site, you can hook up to the 30amp power source and the city water connection. If you are planning on taking it to a more remote location, no problem. This motorhome is equipped with a Cummins Onan 4000 generator which will fully power of the entire coach, including the overhead air-conditioner and heat, and has a 40 gallon freshwater and 25 gallon black tank capacities.Furnished with toilet paper, soaps, utensils, plates, cups, three fold out rocking chairs and a large zero gravity lounge chair recliner, a large 22” Blackstone tabletop grill, a 24” folding stainless steel campfire grill, full size coffee maker, folding patio table, fire starters, TV, DVD player, Hdmi hookup, Bluetooth audio, outside table, leveling blocks, mattress covers, games… and more!!Delivery, set up, tear down and pickup available upon request. There must be 3 hours between bookings to allow for proper cleaning, so departure may be delayed depending on previous days drop off time.****Dogs welcome. NO Cats due to allergies. $50 pet fee which covers Deep clean after your rental return, as a precaution to future guest allergy concerns.****Absolutely NO Smoking OR Vaping....Any violation will result in loss of $500 of your security deposit***This unit is tracked by GPS which monitors speed and location. 70MPH is the speed limit for this motorhome.****Renter is responsible for all traffic violations, toll fees, etc. during the dates of their trip.What's includedFresh linens, full cookware, camping chairs, all major outside camping necessities, full hookups, and a friendly and communicative host :)RecommendationsIf you’re new to motor-homing, I recommend watching a YouTube video on a Thor Four Winds 23U. Hi, I’m Nick and my family and I live in Buford, Ga about 30 minutes outside of downtown Atlanta. My wife and I are proud parents to two young boys (3&1yrsOLD), and we purchased our Thor Four Winds 23U less than a year ago with less than 15k miles on her, so that we can start traveling to remote Appalachian Mountain campsites in our free time, as well as rent it out for others to enjoy. I work in RV sales for a reputable dealership, and I service our coach meticulously. Whether you are new to camping or have plenty of experience, I will respectfully demonstrate a thorough walkthrough of the motorhome full hookups at the campsite, running the generator, etc. with my renters prior to their departure in order to provide a easy & worry free camping experience. This was one if the best experiences if our lives. We traveled to New Orleans from Atlanta in Nick's RV. Typically we would cram in a couple of cars and travel miserably. Renting Nick's RV was a game-changer. Nick and his father were so gracious and informative about the operation of the RV. I can't say enough about what a great experience I had from beginning to end.
