SMOKING & PETS No smoking or vaping inside the camper. Pets are welcome but require payment of the applicable pet cleaning fee. CLEANING The camper is professionally cleaned before every rental. Please return it in substantially the same condition it was received. Normal turnover cleaning is included; however, excessive cleaning beyond normal use may result in an additional cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit. Excessive cleaning may include, but is not limited to, excessive trash, food left behind, spills, stains, odors, excessive pet hair, or any condition requiring significantly more cleaning than a standard turnover. BLACK TANK A standard $180 black tank service fee applies unless the renter empties the black tank before returning the camper. If the black tank has been emptied prior to return, this fee is waived. Any applicable fee will be deducted from the security deposit. GENERATOR FUEL The (optional) generator is provided with a full tank of gasoline. Please return it with enough fuel remaining for it to start and operate. If the generator is returned without enough fuel to start, a $50 generator refueling/service fee will be charged to cover the fuel and labor required to complete the return inspection. AWNING The awning is provided for your comfort while you are actively using the outdoor seating area. If you are not sitting under it, it should be fully retracted. Never leave the awning extended when leaving the campsite, overnight, or during windy, rainy, or stormy weather. Sudden weather changes can cause severe damage in seconds, and damage resulting from leaving the awning unattended may be the renter’s responsibility. Before checkout, please ensure the awning is fully retracted. The awning requires the generator to operate, so please leave enough fuel in the generator for the awning to be retracted during the return inspection.
