Must have trailering experience. This camper is awesome! It's a small toy hauler travel trailer with D rings in the floor - I only use it for all my camping gear so there's a rug in there, but will take out if you're hauling an ATV.1 Full Size Bed + mattress topper for extra comfort.
There may be be enough for 1 more person as I do keep a chair that converts to a cot inside as well.I keep leveling jacks in the storage bin so the rear ramp door can double as a 'patio' seating. There is a 45 quart, 12V refrigerator to keep your items cool - even a very small freezer! The stove is a little high for me to use, but feel free if you choose - this will need a propane hookup - I have a hose connection as well.Camper is set with the pots, pans, utensils, etc. I don't drink coffee, so that might be the only thing missing! There are a couple games, cards, and I do have a TV and DVD player as an add-on to use if you let me know ahead of time.30 AMP Electric
AC/Fan/Heat strip included in the fan, but likely won't keep you warm in 20 degrees or below. There is a small space heater in the camper, but you will need shore power for any AC and Plug ins. I also keep some battery powered lights and fans in the camper if you're going off grid.Gvwr is low so can be towed with smaller SUV's. Please check your weight restrictions.
Max Gvwr: 2990 (As is: 2020lbs)
180 Overland Awning -- This requires 2 people! It's small and pretty basic, but yet roomy enough to not feel cramped like in a teardrop. Will be clean and ready for you get your camp on! What's includedYou'll get almost everything I camp with!
12V Dometic Fridge - needs electric to run.
Extension cord
Kitchen supplies (plates, bowls, silverware, cups, utensils)
Pots and pans
1 chair that turns into a single futon
No bedding - bring your own. There are some extra blankets if needed.
First Aid Kit
Flat top stove (propane not included)
Trash bags
Outdoor rug
7 Pin connection - you will need an adaptor if you don't have this connection.RecommendationsYou will need a 7-PIN connection
Feel free to ask any questions. Other things to noteThis is an excellent camper for towing - small enough to go off grid, but big enough to not feel like you're cramped. It's all about getting outdoors, but when rain comes, it's nice to have a safe and comfortable place to rest.
There is an Awning on the roof - this is hard to set up solo sot here must be two of you to set up and take down.
Well Behaved dogs only, No Cats.
Must be experineced in towing and trailering.

Leane was a pleasure to work with for the rental of her camper! Everything was a breeze, from pick up and drop off, to questions about this or that while we were camping. The camper was set up so comfortably with personal touches all around. Would definitely recommend this camper/owner!!

Leane went above and beyond. She let us view the camper before we booked as I was uncertain about the size of the bed. The camper was super clean when we arrived and she gave us the option to use her camping gear. The camper was easy to haul and set up. It was just what we needed! Leane even had a little gift prepared for us when we picked up the camper. The kids loved the smores! We would definitely rent from Leane again!
