Beautiful smoke fee, child, and pet friendly travel trailer that sleeps 8 comfortably but can accommodate up to 10. We will supply fresh linens on the queen bed. The bunkhouse sleeps 4 and makes family camping a dream. The dining table and love seat collapse for additional sleeping quarters if needed.The kitchen will be stocked with utensils, plates, cups, and paper products. You will find basic cooking supplies (pots, pans, baking dishes, etc.) in the under-sink storage. A toaster and coffee maker will be supplied with coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. The bathroom will be stocked with toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. In the main living area, you will find a beautiful wall mounted fireplace, a large TV and entertainment system. The outdoor stove top hooks up easily to propane for your outdoor cooking pleasure.Late returns can be accommodated with a small add on fee based on availability. We have a 3 night minimum and are happy to deliver and set up within a 30 mile radius with a small add on fee. If delivery and set up is past 30 miles we can accommodate up to 50 miles, but those bookings will require a 5 night minimum.We are sanitizing and cleaning everything between rentals to keep everyone safe. We ask that you don't overextend the awning, don’t climb on roof, and please don’t leave pets unattended inside. Kevin made the experience simple and enjoyable. Trailer was stocked and ready to roll as soon as we arrived to pick it up. Kevin’s availability and communication was excellent through our stay and the extra goodies in the trailer were a nice surprise. As annual campers in Crescent City we look forward to hopefully booking again in the future.

Rented this trailer to provide adequate comfort for my 2 elderly friends. Unfortunately the beds were very hard, no one slept well. The 4" and 2" mattresses on hardwood are not enough to support adults or children. The couch was softer but lumpy and try as we did to set the table down to sleep on, we (+10 fellow campers) could not get it to drop into a flat position.
Other than that we had a problem with the refrigerator door handle popping off and there were no written instructions or list of does and don'ts anywhere to refer to on the basic rules or how to work the lights, etc.
The owners were especially nice and the walk through helped. So it was a good experience except for the most important need of sleep comfort.
