Our family would like to welcome you to check out our 2024 East to West Alta 2800KBH travel trailer that was purchased brand new in June of 2024. This trailer will sleep 5 adults comfortably or a typical family of 5. We have outfitted it with all the basic necessities to enjoy your outdoor experience. Here is a little bit about the trailer:Sleeping Arrangements:
There is an RV king size bed (72" wide x 80" long) in the primary bedroom area along with a private access door directly into the bedroom. There are two twin size bunks in the rear of the trailer and a pullout sofa that turns into a full size bed in the living room. All windows have blackout roller shades, and both doors have pull up window shades as well so you can keep the light out as much as possible to sleep in late.Comfort:
This is a 50AMP trailer with two air conditioning units to handle just about any type of day you can throw at it. Control the air conditioning and water heater with easy to use digital controls. The extra large 10.7 CU ft Refrigerator/Freezer will handle everything you need for a wonderful week in the outdoors (7.3 Cu ft Fridge / 34 Cu Ft Freezer). Have piece of mind with wireless fridge and freezer temperature monitoring from outside.Both entry doors feature drop down full size three step entry that are much more stable than typical pull out rv steps.Entertainment:There is a 43" Roku TV with Roku Sound bar in the living area that you can use to stream anything you like once you connect to your own personal hotspot or wifi if you have access. There is also a separate soundbar inside and speakers outside to listen to your favorite campsite music. There is a large power awning on the camp side of the trailer and we have included a patio mat along with two zero gravity loungers and cocktail tableCooking:There is a microwave, 3 burner stove, oven, large stainless steel sink, outdoor griddle and outdoor refrigerator for those campfire beverages. What's included• With our setup fee, we include a full set of metal utensils and dinnerware for 8. There is a full set of cookware and pots and pans as well. There is a Keurig onboard that we stock with 4 ceramic mugs and 10 K-cups for each rental. A set of 4 bath towels along with washcloths and hand towels are also included. Finally, there will be bedding for the king bed, twin bunks, and pull out sofa included with every rental. Other things to noteI have a Blue Ox Sway Pro Weight Distribution hitch for any renter to use free of charge to help make towing easier. You will need a trailer brake controller in your tow vehicle in order to use the trailer, or you will need to rent my wireless trailer brake controller.

• The Trailer is required to be returned in a similar condition to when it is initially rented out. If there is any cleaning required other than a minor amount, a cleaning fee of $100 will be imposed. If there is any heavy duty cleaning that requires professional service or any damage to the trailer then the amount will be deducted from the security deposit. Our goal is for you to have any amazing experience in our trailer and keep the excellent condition going for our family and many others to come!
