Renter is responsible for dumping both the black and grey tanks before returning the trailer. If you don't want to, for a $50 fee we'll do it for you.
Climbing on the roof is prohibited.
Renter is responsible for returning the trailer in a clean state.
No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the trailer. Failure to do so will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
Festivals are not allowed and will result in a $500 fee.
Pets are not allowed in the trailer.
