2012 Tioga Ranger
Don't let the year this one was made concern you. We bought this coach when it had only 2,000 miles on it - It is like a time warp machine. We have the bunkhouse version with a queen bed over the driver and passenger seats, a queen jack knife bed, a dinette that converts to a full-size bed, and a twin bunkbed as well as a queen-size master suite. There are 2 slide-outs - and we put in smart TV and wee boost, so if you like to boondock you are all set. The onboard generator works awesome! Outside there is an awning, outdoor speakers, and stereo system (brand new). There are side and rear cameras on the system - as well as a brand new stereo system that allows Apple or Android phones. We have everything you need there. Chairs, mats, fire pits, grills, you name it - we also have a bike rack if needed. This motorhome is a head turner and also very easy to operate. The auto levelers make setup a breeze! **Unfortunately, we do not do festivals or concerts, sorry for the inconvenience** What's includedAuto leveler (which is so nice and makes setting up a breeze). Brand new mattress in the master with a memory foam topper. Sleep number sheets for all beds. Electric blankets for all beds. Towels (both bath and beach), 4 chairs, camping table, camping mat, propane portable grill, indoor and outdoor trash cans, onboard generator, propane fire tank with quick link to the LP. Wee boost to get phone signal in even the most remote places, air pump, tool kit, vacuum cleaner, insta-pot, coffee maker, plates, napkins, cutlery and cooking utensils. This is glamping at the finest. We also can include a bike rack if needed. RecommendationsWe love camping at Malibu RV Park. It overlooks the ocean and you can walk to the street. Some mornings we see the whales breeching. There is also an amazing fish market. The lines can be huge so order to go and take it back and enjoy it at the campsite. We also love Ensenada-there is a place where it is super cheap to rent and you are right on the water with security, 5 star restaurant next to it and 2 breweries within walking distance. Flagstaff is also nice in the summer. Other things to notePets welcome by approval only. No smoking inside the coach. No festivals or concerts, please.

Hi Everyone! We are new to the world of RV'ng - just since Covid - and once we tried it we loved it! We have 2 RV's - our class C and our toy hauler. Our kids are grown and we have feathered kids now. We are not roughing it the of people but more glamping. We want our guests to enjoy their times in our RV's and make amazing memories. We are on top of the maintenance of the RV's and want to make sure our guests have a care-free experience!
