Absolutely no smoking and no pets. Your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Your security deposit will be reduced by the cost of remediation plus a $100 service fee.
Renters should call the roadside assistance and shall not attempt to make any repairs.
Renters to provide pickup and drop off time (between 11 am and 2pm) at least 48 hours in advance. If a renter fails to notify, pickup and drop off both will be 12pm. A late fee of $100 will be incurred if a renter fails to pick up or drop off on time.
