Relax in this cozy camper. The bedroom has a queen bed and a slide out closet so there is plenty of room around the queen bed, and the shower has room to move in. This unit has 2 theater seats that massage, heat, and recline. The theater seats recline so much that we use them as places to sleep as well. They are extremely comfortable. Also the dinette changes to a full size bed. It also has 2 swivel rockers. We will provide all sheets, pillow cases, blankets, and towels except for beach towels.The sound system has the ability to play in 3 separate areas including outdoors. The entertainment center has a CD player, DVD player, radio, and has cable capability. A wifi repeater is included to boost your signal as well. There is an Hvac unit with vents in both the living room and the bedroom. The heater is great along with a fireplace for those cool nights. For outside set up, there is an awning that covers both doors, an outdoor gas grill, and all the pots and pans and dishes needed. It has a little bit larger fridge than usual and it has not just a stove but an oven as well. What's includedWe have four camp chairs, one camping table, linens, pillows, towels, cookware, utensils, dinner plates for 4, 4 glasses, and 4 coffee cups, along with a 12 cup coffee maker. We have provided a vacuum cleaner, and swiffer to help keep things tidy. Extra dump tank is available if needed to dump before your stay is over. Extension cords available.RecommendationsHiking, biking, and walking are recommended. Boating and fishing are always good activities to do in these areas as well. Tennessee has some of the most beautiful parks where you can hike and bike. There are plenty of hiking trails and bodies of water to boat, fish, canoe, kayak, etc. And don't forget the magnificent waterfalls in the area.Other things to notePlease remember no smoking, no vaping and no pets.

We enjoy cooking breakfast on our outdoor grill and eating at the picnic table outside. A good hike in a beautiful state or national park in the middle of the day is always a great way to spend the day outdoors. We love the ambience of a fire in the evening while we read or play cards. But our entertainment center has all the media needed to enjoy movies if we decide to stay inside. The fireplace also gives a wonderful feeling of coziness. Tennessee has some of the most beautiful parks to enjoy that include hiking trails, historical landmarks, and wonderful waterfalls to name just a few things that you can enjoy while getting to know that state.

Southern hospitality at its finest. Could not ask for ,or find better host. Stayed in contact with us quickly and went out of their way for us on a short notice. No issues and everything went as planned. High quality camper, spacious and comfortable.
