2021 Forest River Cherokee Wolf Pup 16TS

This 2018 Riverside Retro Travel Trailer 166 is the perfect camper for solo travelers, couples, or small families. It has everything you need, in a stylish and compact package.
Sleep in the surprisingly-comfortable queen bed or relax at the dinette -- it can seat four people or fold down into a second bed itself. For cooking you've got a 2-burner stove, microwave, sink, and small fridge/freezer. The camper includes a wet bath with toilet and shower, plus another shower outside to help keep any mess outdoors. Let the propane heater, fan, or AC keep you at a comfortable temperature no matter what is going on outside. The sound system has both interior and exterior speakers, so you can listen to your favorite tunes whether you're drifting off to sleep inside the camper or sitting outside around a fire.
At just 2500 lbs dry weight and 16'4" length, the Retro makes towing a breeze -- especially for smaller vehicles or less experiences drivers.
If you're going to a more primitive campsite without hookups, for a small charge you can add on our optional generator. It is a 2021 Craftsman 3300-Watt Gasoline Portable Inverter Generator. Benefits over most other generators include:
-"Ultra Quiet Design" that keeps things around 60 decibels
-Easier to carry due to built-in handle and relatively light weight of 60lbs
-Simple start and operation: just turn the dial to choke, pull the starter cord, and turn the dial to run
-Automatic RPM control means you don't have to manually adjust output levels to minimize fuel waste and noise, or to maximize power output, as your electricity draw changes
We're happy to include our normal camping gear. Or if you'd prefer, we can clear everything out and have it empty for you!
Here are the typical contents:
Yellow wheel chocks
Sewer connecting hose
Water connecting hose
Cinder blocks to put under jack
Ball mount with 2” ball that fits into a 2” receiver, with pin
Coupler locking pin
Tool to adjust stabilizer legs
Spare tire
2x adapters for different electric outlet hookups
Adapter for 4 prong vehicle connections (if necessary)
Battery-powered brake lights (if necessary)
Checklist for leaving camp
Some disposable plates/cups/cutlery
Oven mitt and hot pad
Spatula
Big cooking spoon
Can opener
Small whisk
Grill lighter
Cooking pan (10”)
Small cooking pot w/ lid (6”)
Sink plug
2x cooking sticks (for hot dogs over a fire)
Some RV toilet paper
Queen Fitted sheet, sheet, and comforter
2x pillows with cases
2x decorative pillows
Door mat
2x camp chairs
First aid kit
Hammock
A few games
Depending on how heavy use is, you could run out of things like propane, RV toilet paper, or disposable plates/cups/cutlery.
Generator/inverter is an optional add-on. If you plan on renting it and relying on it, I would recommend you bring additional gas.
Enjoy New Hampshire's beautiful White Mountains, or stay close to home at one of the nearby state parks.
I am happy to handle grey water (from the sink and shower), but please try to dump your own black water (toilet waste). Most campgrounds have this available -- just use the provided hose to hook up to the sewer at your camp. Otherwise, Concord has a wastewater treatment facility at 125 Hall Street. If you are in a hurry or unable to dump yourself, there is a charge upon return.

We loved this camper! The kids had a blast and so did we. It was super easy to tow and made our camping trip so much more fun and convenient. Plus it’s so cute and retro and we got tons of compliments!

This was our first camping trip as a family, and this trailer was perfect! It was filled with many camping essentials, so you dont have to pack it all. The camper was very clean, and user friendly (for example, folding the table down to create the bed). We were not able to take advantage of the all the amentities, but the bathroom on board was great for us! Plenty of storage for food an drinks too. Communication before, during and after our trip was easy and McKayne was always available via text or phone cal if we needed. Pick up and drop off were very easy as well. If you are looking to step up your tenting or add to your tenting experience, I recommend this cute Retro Camper!
